On Feb 18th, our Q2 and Q4 students attended an entertaining, funny and exhilarating musical comedy set in 16th-century London. The show portraying Shakespeare’s England not only tackled questions of authorship and plagiarism but also highlighted the role of (modern) women.
Something Rotten! was different, it was fresh and surprisingly good! It captivated our students on many levels, and the feedback was highly positive!
Well done to the English Theatre and well done to Shakespeare still being present in 2026.
The Erasmus Gymnasium will definitely be back for something new.
